If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please return products in their original condition (sorry, we cannot accept opened product) and packaging, with the invoice within 30 days from the date you received your order. A refund of the product's purchase price and applicable taxes will be credited to your credit card account once we have received and processed the return product(s), minus the original shipping charge for any self-pay orders. Fair? That's how we would want to be treated!
